I've seen a couple posts about fixing the blower, so I did... I have one quick question though. 120-130

Howdy,

It isn't supposed to make contact noises; only blowing noises. ;-)

It sounds like the shaft might be a bit eccentric and is touching the housing. You may have to loosen the motor and shift it around a bit to see if you can find the spot where it doesn't contact anything.
