My '94 940T is whining again-worse when cold. Sounds like differential noise,but seems to be coming from right side transmission hump. Not that audible outside.Does not change at all with gear selected,including neutral or throttle position. The car has done this occasionally for 4-5 years only when weather gets cold. Now it is almost permanent-seems to mostly go away as weather gets warm. Changed ATF recently;this made no difference. Same for diff oil. car has 214K
