cause for headgasket to leak oil only? 900 1992

Noticed recently that quite a lot of oil is leaking from the headgasket underneath the exhaust manifold, for most of the length of the engine, and a little bit is starting to leak now under the intake manifold. Hmm, I've never seen this before. Not leaking coolant, and the car runs like a champ.

Could this be due to a crankcase pressure problem? Cleaned the flame trap last year, and have been running Mobil 1. Or is it just a bum gasket? Maybe the head bolts just need tightening???

Thanks for any insight!
