122 axle nut, steer box 120-130

I am days away from driving my 66 122 for first time ever, It has been a long project and minus a paint job it is itching to go. I have a couple quick questions that seem to have elusive answers.

1.) Is there a drain on the steering box?
2.) What is torque spec on rear axle nut(the nut outside the drum)?

Are the any supports that attach to the front fenders on the bottom?
Are there supposed to be fender wells inside the fenders?

Thank you in advance.
