chirp under the hood 200 1990

there is a chirp coming from my engine every now and then. happens when the car is first started and goes on for about a minute. the chirping happens only when i step on the gas and speeds up with the rising RPMs (i have a manual trans). it's not consistent, it happens only every now and then. is there way to easily diagnose which belt is chirping or if it's the Crankshaft Pulley Vibration Damper?
