Where to buy new INSTRUMENT LIGHTS, CLOCK LIGHT? Also, LED options? 1800

Anybody know where to buy new old stock, or new replacement 10 mm base bayonet style instrument lights for a 1973 1800ES wagon? Also, the light for the clock which is even smaller at 7 mm.

Interested in stock type filament, but also curious to know if there are any LED options out there. Or a way to McGuiver an LED bulb to work as a replacement instrument light or clock light.
