1988 245 Speedometer/Odo Motor Board 200 1988

As typical in 240s, my odometer stopped working quite a while ago. I suspected that it was a tooth missing from the little drive gear. I got a new one from IPD, pulled the cluster and examined the odo guts and discovered the the previous owner had already replaced the gear! Upon closer inspection, it appeared the the motor itself had been pried off the circuit board and the microscopic wires were still hanging out of it! So, where in the world can I find [just the] board (with working motor attached) without buying a whole new (used) odo/speedo assembly? Maybe a dealer would have it, but I'm afraid of the expensive answer. At least the odo quit at the pristine (for a 240) mileage of 160k!
