Your Photo? Not Your Manual. 120-130

I recognize the classicvolvoshop site link, but I did not get this photo from you or your site. It was sent to me from a fellow volvo enthusiast.

Are you trying to make some sort of copyright claim against a photo of a manual? That is a very shaky claim to make.

Unless that is *your* manual published by *you* I don't think you can claim a copy right. There's nothing in *this* photo that suggests ownership by anyone other than Volvo Cars. If you don't want to "share" what you have posted on the net, try "watermarking" your "property"

I VERY much doubt you want to go toe to toe with Volvo about copyright infringement on the use of the Volvo logo or name.

It causes me no irritation whatsoever to lay eyes upon a photo that you might have taken. You have an excellent collection of old catalog photos and I'll not let any row between us ruin my appreciation for volvos.
