trans. oil cooler mounting location? 200

Having read through many posts about towing with an automatic (AW70) transmission, I am convinced that I need a transmission oil cooler. I will be hauling a small U-Haul trailer from Oregon to Texas (2100 miles) over the holidays and can't imagine the drive without using the overdrive. I have a few questions that I hope somebody can help me with.

I can't seem to find any information on where the cooler gets mounted. Does it just "piggy back" to the radiator? Also, were any 240's ever stock with one installed? Should I do my flush before or after it's installed? Are the Hayden brand models OK?

Trying to get all my prep done for the long but eagerly anticipated drive.

Thanks,
Craig
