Rough idle when cold - long S90-V90 1998

My first thought is temp sensor. The reason I say this is because it should not take 10 miles of driving in 30-40F temps for the temp gauge to move to normal. It should only take 2-3 miles.

You could pull a spark plug and see if it is running lean or rich. A fuel pressure gauge on the fuel rail will tell you if your pump is putting out full pressure. You might be running too lean or too rich.
