Rough idle when cold - long S90-V90 1998

DEF and Pool:
I defer to your expertise.
My info comes from a Volvo green book in the European paper size, 256 pages of wiring. Book is titled Section 3 (39), Wiring Diagrams, 960/S90/V90, '97-'98.
It shows two and the rear one is connected to terminal 31 of the ECU.
I can accept that the book is wrong because it shows the motorized headlamp adjusters and the dash switch to adjust them.
It also shows the power cable to the trunk area for trailer or CD changer stuff. That does not exist either.

Anyway, that is not the question.
What do you guys think is most likely to be the cause of rough idle and running when cold, and it is not erratic?

Does this mean the cam position sensor is bad?
I find no crank position sensor.

Thanks,
S' V'
