Rough idle when cold - long S90-V90 1998

Poolman:
If it were rough due to a cylinder not firing, your advice would be good.
However, it is not that rough.
Just enough to indicate that there is something wrong.
Plus poor gas mileage.
I cannot envision a weak coil pack causing the same symptom for many thousand miles over a year's time.

I can accept a bad injector, but why would it be very consistent in being affected by water temperature? How long would I need to run the engine inn the vibration mode before shutting down and pulling all plugs?

I am still focused on the cam position sensor.
