Engine noise 900 1993

I just built the engine on my '93 945 Turbo, it is making a noise like a loose heat shield. It only makes this noise under load in gear and it is louder than a heat shield with the hood up. I used a hose to check were it was coming from. It seems to be coming from in between the engine and trans. The torque converter bolts are tight and all heat shields seem tight and fine. I drained the oil and there is a slight amount of metal in it, looks like dirty oil, with a magnet held to the oil some will come onto the magnet. Any thoughts are apreciated.

Anyone has a used short block would be great, if I need to pull this back out.
