OK so I guess I was on the right track after all as that is exactly where I was going. I got the one torx off but the other was so difficult I thought I must be doing it wrong. Tried quite a few times before I gave up in frustration. Will attempt it again tommorow after a break. I am thinking of cutting a port through the sheet metal so that I can reach straight in with an extension and a torx. Damned silly way to build anything if you ask me, thanks for the response.
