No Spark no gas no run 200 1986

I have an 86 240 Wagon that is not running. Here is what I have found out through troubleshooting. The Fuel pump is not running when turning key to on position or run position. There is no spark when turning key to start position. There is voltage on coil 12 volts both high and low side when ignition is on. I pulled off the hall sensor connector from the distributor and checked to see if there was voltage on middle pin. I noticed that whenever I grounded the pin, the fuel pump came on for a couple of seconds. I am assuming the wiring is good, I am working alone so it is hard to check by myself. I also noticed that according to the FAQ's the tach should bounce ever so slightly when turning over the engine, mine does not! I took apart the Power stage Amp and cleaned the connectors, no difference. Suggestions? Thoughts?

Thanks

Gavin
