High idle after engine is warmed up 200 1986

I recently removed and cleaned my throttle body as part of a major service. I had not any problems prior. The idle hot or cold was right on the 700 rpm mark. Now for the past week or so, it will start fine cold and idle where it should at 700, but when it's warmed up and I come to a stop the idle is around 1000 rpm when in gear and about 1200 to 1300 rpm in neutral. Any suggestions? I did the rotor & cap and new plugs and wires at the same time.

Thanks for looking and any advice.
