Annoying hood vibration 200 1993

Hi all

The hood on my 240 doesn't seem to lock down tightly. When going over rough roads, I can see the hood vibrating loosely and it makes a lot more noise than I put up with.

How should I go about fixing the latch/locking mechanism? It doesn't look obvious to me how to do this.
