Key replacement question 900 1995

The wife borrowed and lost my only ignition key to the '95 940 wagon. Is key replacement as simple as taking the title to the local Volvo shop and letting them cut or order a replacement? There is no chip in this model year key, so programming is not an issue. And this key didn't look like it would require the special laser cut that the corresponding model year 960 requires.

Also, since I had only one key, I used it both for locking the car and for starting. If I reorder a set of keys, does one size fit all, or is there a second key for valet parking or for just locking the car?
