Where to find e-code headlights? 900 1997

Well, I'm back after a hiatus of a few years... My trusty Swedish mule (an '86 740 GLE) finally succumbed to the economic combination of replacing both the ZF transmission and a dead engine (blew an oil line to an external filter...), not to mention other niggling issues (headliner, loose front end bushings, etc.).

As a result, I'm starting over with a rather nice '97 960 sedan; starting the learning curve all over again, what with all the "new" features like ODBII, airbags, climate control, etc. (And I thought restoring a Swan 500c tube-type ham radio was a challenge...)

First on my list is upgrading the headlights to e-code lights; the existing reflectors have gotten rather dark, so as long as I'm replacing them anyway, I thought I'd see about going to Euro lighting. I had the Cibie sealed-beam replacements in the 740, using 100/80 watt H4s and 130 watt H1s switched separately as driving lights, and I sorely miss them! I don't expect to be able to go to that level of lighting with the e-codes for the 960, but I would expect them to be a substantial improvement over the original DOT-spec lighting.

I've run searches (both Brickboard and Google), but haven't found much; anyone have a good source?
