Turn Signals/Hazards Don't Work 900 1995

Howdy All

95 940 with 150k miles. I went to go get the wife today from work, turned on the hazards, the rhythmic clicking from the relay began to sputter, and then I found myself without hazards and turn signals. The relay made some clicking noises for about 5 minutes, and then finally died. From what I read, it seems to be either the hazard relay or the hazard switch. The fuse is fine. Can anyone tell me how to troubleshoot this?
