Convert B20F to Carbs

I have a B20F in my garage that I'm going to be installing in a project down the road. My goal is to make the motor as simple as possible to be a drop-in to an Amazon or 544 car. I've pulled the K-Jet system and would like to convert it to carbs, but I've got a couple questions.

1. Am I going to have to replace the head with a carbureted one since this is a FI head?

2. What are the best carbs to go with? Of course I'm going to want to go dual. I'm just looking for good street performance, not racing or anything like that.
