Turn Signal & Warning Flasher Replacement 140-160

I need to replace the flasher in my 1971 142E, Volvo part 1210124-2. That's the one that plugs directly into the lighted pull-out emergency warning light. The one now in there is a Hella unit marked TBB4, 12V 2(4)x21W/32cp, 4PB 001 905-00. I've tried to cross reference at several parts stores and on the internet without much clarity in the results. Does anyone here know what after-market flasher can be used as a replacement, or will any old three-prong, heavy duty flasher do?
