Rust found! Help needed. 140-160

Today I discovered a fairly serious flaw in my otherwise straight and clean low miles '72 145. My rear left shock mount is almost nonexistent! Clearly I'm going to have to get some welding done and I'm curious if there is a source for new or used shock mount plates. Has anyone out there "been there, done that" or sourced the parts for this job? I did search the archive and found one thread that started out addressing my question but quickly digresses into a discussion of firewall grommets before any sources or part #s were mentioned.
As always, any help or suggestion is greatly appreciated.

Dave '72 145E (with rusty hole)
