Single SU Manifold 120-130

I've been looking for a single carb manifold for a Generator set I built with a B18 (running on two cylinders) and I came across item #130275927257 on eBay. Turns out that this manifold is for a double down-pipe, and I have a single-holer on the gen-set which I don't really want to change, so this thing won't do me any good. But I've never seen one of these before, and I'm curious as to its origin and/or application. I was under the impression that the dual down-pipe exhausts came in with the B20s, but I guess I was wrong about that. Can anyone throw some more light on this gizmo? I've seen B18s with a single Stromberg and with single Zenith down-draft, but never an SU.
