Anyone recently seen/heard of John Parker from V-Performance

Hi.

And Merry Christmas from Finland!
Has anyone been in contact with John Parker from V-performance for last few weeks?
I ordered ARP head studs from him 21.11.2008 and paid them the same day through Paypal.
Since the payment, he hasn't answered any of my emails, where I ask for tracking number because the package hasn't arrived yet. Tomorrow it's been almost a month...I've order many times Volvo parts from Usa and those parts have arrived in Finland in 1 week...
So John Parker, if you read this (I noticed that you have visited this forum 19.12.2008), be a man and answer my emails (I've send 3-4 emails after the payment) so we could sort this out. I hope that you have sent me those studs? I really need them immediately!

The reason I'm writing this in public rather than a private message, is that this isn't a proper way to treat a customer...
I know that John Parker is highly respected man among Volvo enthusiasts and that's why I can't understand why spoil his reputation because a few Arp-studs (I read that hi has always a few sets in stock)

And sorry for my lousy english skils..

Sami Nironen alias Voimarauta (power iron in finish :) )
