Power antenna for 1991 240 200

I was at the one of the local "pick and pull" yards yesterday and came across a couple of power antennae. My 1991 240 sedan has a manual antenna and I was wondering would it be difficult to install one of the power antennae on my car. Any instructions would be helpful.
