Are you nuts!

Please DON'T GET UNDER THE CAR WHEN IT'S ON THAT SPARE TIRE JACK!
Unless you have a death wish.

Use a suggestion like Shannon's if you can't get a hold of a pair of ramps or stands right now.
Get the weight of the car on something that is dependable and strong. The spare tire jack is not.

This advice is coming from someone who "did not" have a death wish but did something stupid and ended up with a 745 sitting on his chest. Fortunately for me, the full weight was not on me, but it was enough to cut the skin and bruise my chest. Trust me, it was a life changing experience.
