bad shift and lighting problem 200 1990

hello merry X-Mass , the auto trans.shifts rough from park to drive with a bang and you can feel the car jump forwark. this does not happen shifting in other gears. I did a fluid flush and took it to a trans shop with no change.
the other problem is the parking brake lights blow the fuse when the brake is touched, must be a direct short? thanks for any ideas Rich
