RPM sensor - what size bolt holds this in? 900

I'm replacing this part as it's the cheapest in the line of things possibly wrong with my 1993 965 (turns but no start). But, in the process of pulling the old one out, I just cannot figure out the proper size of the bolt, since mine is somewhat rusted. I don't want to damage this!! given its precarious location. It would be just my luck to do so.
