Hazard light dash switch S90-V90 1997

Hi Lavesh,

try cleaning it first. It can't hurt. And if that doesn't fix it, you can always use hand signals while waiting for the new one to come in the mail. Removal and replacement is pretty simple. Should only take a few minutes.

As for the amber lights, there's a trick to making your life easy. As you already know, the auto parts store has two options: the white lights that fit and look weird, and the amber ones that everyone says are supposed to fit but don't (because they have the annoying third prong that prevents them from slipping into the socket). Next time you need turn signal lights, buy the amber ones that don't fit, give that annoying third prong 3 or 4 good swipes with a metal file, and Ta-dah! The bulb fits perfect, works perfect, and looks perfect.

Sounds like you might in the market for a new blinker stalk, too. But that sounds more mechanical than electrical.
