Sluggish '84 240 200 1984

Check the vacuum source to the fuel pressure regulator and make sure the fitting is clear.

Check fuel pressure regulator hose and regulator to hold vacuum.

If suspicious, change it if you don't have a way to check pressure changes of the fuel rail under load.

Next check vacuum line to the ignition module on the right front fender. This control timing advance under load via a diaphragm.
