Loping idle when cold 200 1993

Good morning, Bricksters! I've begun to notice an issue now that it's really cold outside. When I first start the '93, She has a loping idle that will go away when you rev to about 2500 and keep it there for a bit. It then idles fine, but after a while if left to idle, it will begin to lope again. Once warmed up, she idles as smooth as ever. Any ideas on the cause? Much appreciated.
