idiot lights 700

A few months ago when I put the left turn signal on, once in a while the "bulb out" icon light on the dash would come on. That stopped for a while, but the other day the "bulb out" light started coming on when I use the brakes. I've checked all of the bulbs and they are working. Any sugesstions?
Also , the "service" light came on so I changed the oil. Is there a secret hand shake or something to get the light to go off? Bob
