Car started, lost most electrical functions, and now won't start S90-V90 1998

Car was sitting for 4 days in snow. Started up fine. I noticed when it started that power antenna mast went up, which was a pleasant surprise. While car was warming up I looked outside and thought it odd that antenna apparently went down on its own. Went outside, shut car off, and now I have no starter, no door chime, etc. I do, however have power to the fuel pump relay. I've cleaned battery terminals and confirmed that with a Fluke multimeter that I have over 12 volts at battery. I've also moved shifter back and forth using override switch, to no avail.
