140 hubs onto 120 etc 120-130

Hello all,
Happy new year etc for starters...I was wondering whether it is possible to swap the hubs and brakes from a 145 (1974) onto my 1970 131? At the back, would I have to swap the whole rear axle, or can I just swap
hubs? And at the front, could I just split the top and bottom joints and swap them over? I have just got a 145 with lovely wide es wheels, and all new brakes etc, and fancy changing over. Will the whole front crossmember swap over? looks the same...
It also has a rebuilt steering box, and the box looks the same as my 'zon, but the steering arm is jointed in two places..is that swappable?
Thanks all gurus, I bow to you.

best
Dave
