Starting/ idle problems 200 1987

Yeah, I did re-check the gaps on the plugs yesterday. All were right where they were supposed to be.

funny story; when I finished changing the plugs last month I had turned the idle control knob all the way in without thinking too much about it. After changing everything out and trying to start...it wouldn't, surprise!
I spent the next 3 days trying to figure out what I was missing. Spark - check. Fuel - check, Air - check? I think?
I finally remembered the idle knob, turned it back to where it was and voila! It started to catch.
Now I know that the throttle body gasket is good, just not in the way I wanted to.
