Converting to rear disc brakes 1800

Hello, I'm new to the group. I have a 1963 P1800 Jensen built, which I want to convert to the later rear disc brakes. I have the axle and control arms from a 72 P1800ES, but need the bracket mount that attaches to the subframe. Does anyone have a parts car or know if these are made custom/aftermarket? Thanks,
