transmission tail bushing question 700

So I got this 760 1986 that it's been a while I am working whenever I have time, I should have probably never bought it or scrapped it
. Right now the transmission (automatic) is out of the car so I can replace the main rear seal and also the seal and bushing on the transmission. I removed the rear housing from the transmission so I can have access to the bushing. Should the oil hole on the bushing align with one of the recess on the housing? If so I don't think that was the case.
Anyways, the main question is the following: Should there be any movement on the shaft of the transmission? The one that goes through the bushing. There is a bit of play right now and a little knock you can hear when wiggling the axle. That is with the housing removed

Thanks
