Turning a 100 series clock into a home clock

So I have three of these large old Volvo clocks- I'm guessing from 100s or something. They look pretty nice and I was thinking it'd be cool to try a craft project of turning them into table clocks for around the house.
As a non-expert on electrical, these questions might be dumb but...

Is this possible?
How would I go about it?
