Massive oil leak 900

it is entirely possible the front 3 oil seals are original and petrified. it is entirely possible the flame trap has never been cleaned or maybe once.
a few months back i replaced all 3 front seals for my son inlaw on a 93 940. the front crank seal was petrified glass like and the car has 138k much less than yours.

in order of likelihood i would if i were you

1. inspect the flame trap and prophylacticly clean it
2. remove the timing belt covers and inspect the 3 fronts seals......if one is leaking REPLACE ALL 3 and a new water pump for good measure......doing this on the cheap will prove expensive.......unless money is real tight
3. check the rear cam plug in the back of the head for wetness......if it is wet REPLACE IT
4. inspect the line where the head meets the blocks on both intake and exhaust sides for weeping
5. inspect the pan gasket for leaks
6. if all else proves sound suspect the rear main seal which you SHOULD have replaced when you had the old transmission on the ground .......a better no extra cost or labor opportunity you never had
