As said, genuine B16 Amazons now thin on the ground and well worth the effort of restoration. You'll need patience and sometimes extra $ finding correct parts so good luck with that. New B16 engine parts becoming rarer but used engines in good order get changed to B18/20 so they can often be found in dusty corners. My first Amazon, in about'66 was a '61 B16 so I have a soft spot for them. Post pics if you can.
As Ron says, use additive. It won't cure anything but will greatly reduce valve recession. Good luck.
