shopping list for head gasket change, 760 turbo 700 1989

any suggestions on what i should have handy to change a head gasket?


So far i have:

Head gasket set.

Head bolts.

Timing belt, front seals, tensioner and water pump and gaskets.

Oil breather box.


Any other items that would be easy to change while i'm at it?

I guess maybe exhaust manifold studs.

Will probably order some motor mounts too.



This is for a 89 760 turbo with 225K, and with unknown service history for the last 5 years.

I haven't done one of these for 30 years, so, i guess my back will feel it a bit more this time around..,
