Bentley Bible's name for IAC 200 1990

I was looking for the IAC in the wiring diagrams in the Bentley book, and came up empty. There is, however, something called an "Idle Speed Switch", connected by an orange wire to terminal 7 on the FI computer, and by a black wire to ground. Is this it? I was going to check the wire color, but but they're inside a harness.

My IAC is not working, and I've swapped in two others from a P'n'P, all well cleaned and showing the correct resistance between the terminals. So I want to check the continuity on the wires before I do any more diagnostics. Speaking of which, where does the IAC ground?
