142 cams 140-160

Hi am looking for as much performance as possible from Australian 72 model 142 with b20b with stock bottom end all be it with 30 thou over rebuild, stock head with larger later intake valves and a little bit of flow work on both intake and exhaust ports etc, head machined to 10.5:1 CR, looking to use ipd followers and pushrods((hi rev) any thoughts on these?), will use either su's or strombergs with a view to something dellorto or weber later on, later FI exhaust manifold and am yet to sort exhaust. What cam should I use from where?
Any ideas greatly appreciated!
