Rear fog blows fuse immediately, brake light fuse later. 200

The original rear tail lights on our 91 240 were shot - plastic cracking with age, gaskets gone. I replaced them with some aftermarket tail lamps off of Ebay...... the Estonian ones. They look great, but something weird is going on.

The rear fog blows a fuse as soon as it is flipped. If it is not flipped, it takes two weeks, but eventually the fuse blows for the tail lights.

Everything looks ok to me, but I really don't know what I am looking at on the tail light circuit boards. Are there areas that are likely problems in the taillights based on what is happening?

Thanks!

Dave
