Doing only one engine mount right now? 700 1991

While the head is off of my Turbo car, I have great access to the right, passenger, side engine mount. The mounts do need to be replaced. Is it okay to replace this mount and then get the left, driver's, side mount in a week or so? Or will that cause some stress or problems because the engine will be sitting a bit sideways for a while?
