IRS specs - wheel bearing and CV joint

Does anybody have clearance specification listed for the rear wheel bearing used in IRS? I have a few hubs with quiet bearings but all have a few thou of play (mostly axial) that I can detect with rotors removed. I think they're supposed to be negative clearance when new but there must be a wear limit listed in one of the green books. I need to decided whether these hubs are good for service or should have new bearings.

Also looking for bolt tightening spec for the CV joint bolts to differential flange.
