FUSE 5 FRYES 900 1993

My car, a 1993 Turbo,US version, suddenly did not started after parking. We tried with another battery,it started but the Seat Belt reminder did not stop sounding even after having the belt fastened. We found the battery had to be changed so we did.
Now,the car runs OK but: The fuse Nº 5 was burned and burnt again when I changed for a new one ,the radio does not light on (not even de EEE message),remote mirrors command does not work, interior lights do not work also.
The belt reminder stops only when the contact key is off.

I think I have a courtcircuit somewhere,¿maybe on the contact key? (the seat belt reminder starts sounding when I insert the key and ony stops after taking it out.The panel light reminder goes off after I fasten de belt. Not the sound ¡¡

Please if someone can give me advise on how to proceeed as to not having my car dismantled by local electricians not familiar with Volvo cars...¡¡THANKS¡

Eduardo, in Argentina,at 1000 km from the nearest Volvo dealer...¡

(I do have the 940 electrical wiring diagram I got with my Volvo Manual on a CD.But...I am not an electrician....)
