fix for control problems 200 1992

i had problems with the shift for the trans. the shifter would not go from P to D until the reset was set under the shifter. also the brake lights did not work the fuse kept blowing. i traced the wires and went over the light fixtures and could not find the cause of the problem. then my son and i took the fuse block loose and unplugged the three wires from fuse no 7 ,when the wires were put back everything worked. i don't know why this worked but am glat it did. rich
