Wheel bearing replacement 200 1993

The outer bearing can be removed without removing anything else but the cap, nut and washer.

But if you have determined that the outer bearing is in need of replacement the cup it turns in should be replaced as well. If the bearing is bad the cup is bad, or at least bad enough you don't want to install a new bearing on it.

Removing the cup does involve removing the caliper and then the hub to drive the old cup out and the new cup in.
